As general manager, Duboc will be responsible for the daily operation of the plant and will supervise more than 110 employees. Harmon circuit boards are used in the company's train control, signaling and crossing-protection systems that are used by freight and passenger-rail systems world-wide. Prior to Harmon, Duboc gained more than 18 year experience in high-tech manufacturing working as materials manager for Continental Circuits Corporation, in Phoenix, AZ.; plant manager for AlliedSignal Laminate Systems, in Chandler, AZ.; and director of operations for Westinghouse Electric Corporation, in Cincinnati, OH.
Duboc holds a master of science degree in computer integrated manufacturing from Brigham Young University and a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University. During his career he has been recognized with a number of industrial engineering and manufacturing awards.
