Harmon Announces Acquisition of CSS, Inc.
BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. (Thursday, January 29, 1998) -- Harmon Industries Inc., a leading supplier of signal and train control products to railroads and transit systems throughout North America and the world, announces that it has acquired CSS, Inc. of Delphi, Indiana.
CSS is engaged in the business of installing and maintaining products and equipment used on railroads and by railroad-related industries. The bulk of their installation involves grade crossing warning systems. The 10-year old company serves railroads and other related businesses in a seven-state area throughout the Midwest and Florida.
